In March 2019, join an exclusive cohort of C-Suite and senior executives in a 6-week experiential program on Leading Change. 


Hosted by change experts NOBL Collective in partnership with 4A's, you’ll walk away with:

  • Deep insights into why resistance to change happens in an agency environment, and how to overcome it 

  • Actionable, easy-to-adopt tools and practices you can use to lead change at all levels in your agency

  • An intimate cohort of fellow agency executives to continue sharing skills, experiences and best practices with 


Included In The Program:

  1. Customized, experiential 1.5-day offsite in New York hosted at 4A's

  2. Pairing with another “sponsor” (participate) in the program to build accountability and keep up momentum on leading change 

  3. Three virtual 1.5 hour cohort sessions to provide additional expertise on working through specific change scenarios 

  4. One 50-minute, 1:1 coaching session with NOBL leaders for every participant, providing personalized support in applying the lessons and takeaways from the program 


Timing & What To Expect:

  • In preparation for the program, from March 1st or the date you register, NOBL will be in touch to host a 30-minute call with each executive. These brief interviews will surface the challenges and opportunities that are top of mind for you around leading change. In addition, NOBL will deploy a short online survey to all participants. Both steps will help inform the bespoke design of this program.

  • The program formally kicks off on March 21st. From March 21st-22st, executives will attend a customized, experiential 1.5-day offsite in New York, hosted at 4A's. The offsite will be a highly interactive, depth exploration of ools, TED-style talks, case studies, discussions and opportunities to learn from your peers on leading change. Executives will be paired up to “sponsor” each other for the duration of the program. This will build accountability and keep up the momentum on what you learn together.

  • Over the next 6 weeks, NOBL will host three virtual, 1.5 hour cohort sessions at the 2-week, 4-week and 6-week marks following the offsite. These opt-in sessions will provide additional expertise and opportunity to learn from your peers as we work tools and tactics for specific change scenarios.

  • Alongside these follow-up sessions, NOBL will host a 50-minute coaching call with each executive to be scheduled at your convenience. These 1:1 sessions will provide you with personalized support to apply the tools and takeaways from the program to your own priorities for leading change in your organization.

This program is exclusive to the agency C-Suite. We welcome CEOs, COOs, CMOs, CDOs, CCOs, CSOs, CGOs, CHROs, and executive-level heads of other functions.

Meet Your NOBL Trainers

Bree   Bree Groff

Bree Groff is a change expert and CEO of NOBL Collective – and she’s on a mission to help companies not just like change, but get good at it. For more than a decade, Bree has been focused on transformation, innovation, and organizational design, advising leaders at companies including WPP, Dentsu Aegis Network, M&C Saatchi Mobile, Calvin Klein, Adobe, Google, Etsy, and Dropbox. Previously, Bree founded and led an Innovation Unit, advised Fortune 500 companies as a service designer, and explored communication and decision-making as a psychology researcher. In previous careers, she performed as a stage actress and taught high school math. She holds an MS in Organizational Learning and Change from Northwestern University, where she continues to lecture on cognitive design and organizational change.


Natalya   Natalya Sverjensky

Natalya has spent the past decade building, advising and leading agencies that are creating a new blueprint for work. She is Director of Organizational Change at NOBL Collective, where she heads up the New York practice, coaches executives to grow their leadership skills, and leads embedded change teams on the ground for clients across the US and Europe. Previously, Natalya founded and led the US business of Within People, a global coaching partnership specializing in leadership development. Prior to that, she built the strategy practice of global communications agency Futerra in London. She is a Board Advisor to multiple companies including The Gramlist, a microinfluencer marketing agency.
