Course Description

Even though every agency has its own process for managing projects, each project manager needs specific skills in order to run that process effectively: inspiring and leading teams, mastering negotiations, facilitating internal and external communications, and resolving the conflicts that invariably arise between team members. To complicate matters, project managers increasingly have to coordinate efforts with outside agency partners working on behalf of the same client. In this course, participants will learn how to manage all of those relationships so skillfully that they become not just managers, but also masters of the projects and agency processes.
