Course Description

A lot of what makes or breaks the success of a parental leave is how you prepare and how you return. These periods are often muddled by the parent’s focus on the actual birth, the transition of agency work, and both the company’s and parent’s need to resume business as usual. In this course, we will leverage information on preferred work styles and conduct assessments in-session so that participants walk away with greater understanding of themselves and how to stay as consistently relentless as possible.
