About the Thought Leader


Chris Charyk is a senior executive coach and founding member of the leadership development firm The Boda Group. Chris writes and teaches extensively in the areas of leaders as coaches and mindfulness based leadership. His work is informed through both formal study at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, as well as from years of experience coaching senior executives in the application of mindfulness tools achieve greater professional success and personal fulfillment.
