Course Description

Research shows that 60% of leaders feel that an organization’s culture is more important than its business strategy or operating model to drive long-term success. In fact, organizations with a distinctive culture that is aligned to strategy are nearly twice as likely to grow faster or be more profitable than their competition.

Agency cultures are complex and inherently hard to change. But everyone has a stake and plays a role in creating the kind of culture that will help your agency succeed. The good news is, the culture you have now already contains reservoirs of emotional energy you can use to help your people do more of the things clients want and need. The key is focusing on a few key behaviors now, thereby starting a movement that will evolve your culture over time to improve financial and operational success.

In this course, you’ll gather insights from instructor Reid Carpenter’s more than 15 years of experience leading culture, communications, and change programs to support business transformation. Carpenter will explain the best way to identity behaviors and engage “the critical few” to help create the domino effect that sparks the culture evolution.
