About the Thought Leaders

Ed Klein Michael Palma Ed Klein and Michael Palma are your coaches. Together they have more than 60 years’ experience in the world of ad agency new business. They have led successful teams at both small and medium independent shops as well as large multinational holding company firms. Ed has sat on all three sides of the table: as an Advertising Director and VP Marketing on some of the best-known brands in the world at the Coca-Cola Company; more than a decade as a principal at two top independent agencies, Hauser Group and 22squared; and as a search consultant.Michael began his professional coaching career at The College of Holy Cross as Division I men’s basketball coach.  He then founded The Palma Group, the leading ad agency headhunting firm in the country.  After a stint running new business at BBDO, Michael has worked with hundreds of agencies of all sizes as their new business coach, spearheading nearly $200 million in revenue growth for his agency clients.
